In the course of having to learn to be in better control of our family budget as well as trying to help people in the world I would like to make a recommendation. A Treasury of Top Secret Recipes by Todd Wilbur takes many of your favorite chain restaurant foods and approximates them for you. I've tried a couple of the recipes in this book and have found them to be very, very close to the originals.
One in particular that I have found to be EXCELLENT is for the number one chicken sandwich in the world being sold by cows. I won't mention the name of it but lets try a word puzzle, shall we.
Well I think it's all pretty obvious now isn't it? I first found this book in the library and after checking it out a few times I decided that I'd buy it. It's one of my favorites. I've got numerous cook books and I've bought some for just one recipe. If this one only had the recipe for the "World's Greatest Chicken Sandwich" it would be worth it.
